Integrity Community Management was established by experienced industry professionals to meet the unique needs of small to mid-sized homeowners and condominium unit owners’ associations. We are inspired by collaboration between Boards, residents, the management team, and other contractors to positively and responsibly impact the community and its stakeholders.
Technology is a key component to Integrity’s management function. Our software offers premium service, ease of use, and enhanced Board and homeowner user experience via app or web portal. Integrity provides the personalized, hands-on service you would expect of a small company, powered by a technology solution typically only available to a larger corporation.
Integrity empowers Boards of Directors by providing complete transparency of the management function. Our powerful accounting module automatically reconciles the Association’s accounts daily, and the Board has the full capability of reviewing bank activity, financial reports, and invoices at any time via their secure app or through the portal. The Board may also review covenant violations, ARC requests, and work orders. This direct access ensures the board can make informed and timely decisions in a completely transparent environment, on their own time and schedule.
